About San Marcos
San Marcos Christian Camp is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization focused on Christ-centered ministry. We are a 150-acre site located in the beautiful Santa Barbara mountains surrounded by the Los Padres National Forest, only 25 minutes from the central California coast.
Our primary goal is to see our campers come to know, in a real and personal way, the saving grace of Jesus Christ. It is our passion to see lives changed!
Who we are looking for
We are always looking for quality people who want to serve Christ and see lives changed as much as we do.
Everything we do at San Marcos – washing dishes, cleaning cabins, lifeguarding at the pool, running rock climbing sessions, facilitating off-site surfing trips, counseling students, facilitating retreats - In all of these things, we seek to point our campers toward the message of God’s love.
When you join the ministry team at San Marcos, you join a family of believers that seek to continually be more like Jesus. We want to share your victories, defeats, joys, tears and help you grow in your walk with the Lord!
